Summary
Debut is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our beauty product contract manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and executing business opportunities with beauty brands in the US-market for custom formulation. The candidate must have worked in beauty product contract manufacturing before and know the process of customer discovery through to finished good delivery to the client’s door. They must also have an extensive network and knowledge of US-Indy, medium, and major brands within the US. The person will be responsible for hitting aggressive sales target and number of brands on platform.
Essential Functions
- Optimize business development to convert US beauty brands to our formulation business.
- Collaborate with internal teams including program and account management and R&D.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with the entire process and optimize business unit performance.
Education and Experience
- Must have demonstrated 5+ years in beauty contract manufacturing business development.
- Must demonstrate you are highly organized and well suited to aggressive business growth.
- Must be able to give high quality external presentations.
- Highly competitive nature and desire to grow internally.
- Must be an expert in the beauty contract manufacturing business.

- Continuous upward and downward flexion of the neck.
- Frequent sitting, repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
- Occasional walking, standing, bending, and twisting of neck, bending and twisting of waist, squatting, simple grasping, reaching above and below shoulder level, and lifting and carrying of files weighing up to 15 pounds.
- The performance of this position will present exposure to an industrial environment and requires support and compliance with the published Company PPE policy including but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment as needed.
- This position operates within an office setting and may be exposed to typical office environment conditions, including ambient noise levels and temperature variations.

Salary Range: $90,000 -$120,000
