Title: Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Contract Role) 

Duration of Assignment: Approximately 30 hours per week; 6 month assignment with the possibility to convert to an ongoing retainer.

DEINDE, a Debut Biotech brand, is pioneering the next generation of preventative skincare by targeting inflammaging: the chronic, low-level inflammation that accelerates early signs of aging. New to the skincare lexicon, inflammaging is now understood as a root cause of aging skin, gradually disrupting the skin’s ability to respond effectively to external aggressors like pollution and UV rays. DEINDE leverages the potency and possibilities of biotech to raise the bar for what skincare can deliver to promote longevity and sustain skin health.  

The Influencer Coordinator at DEINDE will report to and collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Social Media and Influencer Marketing, helping to successfully expand the Micro Influencer program. The right candidate possesses an interest in influencer marketing, has a high attention to detail, and effective organizational and communication skills. 

Independent Contractor Responsibilities:    

• Coordinate seamless communication with creators from confirmation to content submission  
• Assist with Influencer payments and collaborate with Accounts Payable for timely processing  
• Ensure prompt shipping of DEINDE product orders  
• Aid in identifying creators matching partnership criteria  
• Keep internal process trackers current in real-time  
• Support in crafting campaign briefs and briefing calls for the Influencer Team  
• Address office send-outs and other influencer requirements as they emerge 

 
Education and Experience 

• At least 1 year of influencer marketing experience, preferably in the beauty industry  
• Proven expertise in reaching out to creators  
• Keen interest in staying updated on influencer marketing and pop culture trends  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities  
• Excellent time management and adaptability to changing priorities  
• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders  
• Proactive mindset with good judgment and discretion  
• Based in Los Angeles with a requirement of 2 days per week in-office.

Pay: $20-35/hour depending on experience
